  • VegfestUK London 2015 - October 10th 11th @ Olympia Central

    After two successful stints at Olympia in 2013 and 2014, attracting over 9,000 visitors on each occasion, VegfestUK London is moving into the Central Hall (Levels 1 & 3) of Olympia on October 10th 11th 2015.


    VegfestUK London 2015 will feature over 200 stalls, 12 caterers, keynote speakers, celebrities, kids activities and kids cookery classes, plus the LifeWell Hub, Live Comedy and Music, a Bodybuilding Contest, a Cinema, Talks and Cookery Demos, plus a number of other exciting activities TBA.

  • Anneka Svenska the Little Green Angel appointed VegfestUK official Celebrity Juicing and Smoothie Queen

    TV Presenter and juicing, smoothie and yoga aficionado Anneka Svenska is now the official celebrity juicing and smoothie queen for one of Europe's headline vegan events VegfestUK.


    Dubbed ‘The Little Green Angel’, Anneka is known for her amazing figure and healthy vegan lifestyle which encompasses gentle and safe exercise such as Pilates & Yoga alongside a healthy Vegan Juicing / Smoothie Diet with raw foods. 


    Anneka heads up the juicing section on the Recipe Club for Viva! and also Vlogs for the Veganuary website, as well as running her own You Tube Video Blogging Channel and online rescue and health Blog. You can find Anneka's latest juice and smoothie recipes together with her fitness plans at her website

  • Founders of Vegan Angels appointed VegfestUK official celebrity bloggers

    VegfestUK are excited to announce founders of Vegan Angels © model Victoria Eisermann and singer-songwriter Pola Pospieszalska have been appointed as our official celebrity  bloggers!


    Both Victoria and Pola have been attending VegfestUK since it started and love what we do.


    These passionate ladies are also joint CEO’s and Co-founders of the dog rescue charity

    K-9 Angels.


    Victoria turned vegetarian at age just 6 years’ old and turned vegan 10 years ago after hearing a talk by Juliet Gellatley founder of Viva! called the ‘Dark Side of Dairy’. Since then Victoria has been 100% vegan and is extremely passionate about all things Vegan! 


    Pola turned vegetarian at age 10 then in January of 2014 turned vegan after participating in 'Veganuary'. Pola says she loves feeling the benefits of a vegan diet. 


    Both Victoria and Pola will be attending and giving talks at VegfestUK in Brighton, Bristol and London and are really excited to be VegfestUK's official celebrity bloggers on all things vegetarian, vegan and ethical.

  • Bournemouth Vegan Fair is back in 2015!

    The Bournemouth vegan fair is back after a successful debut at the Marriott Hotel in 2014!


    The fair moves into the bigger Pavilion Theatre in 2015, and there will be up to 70 stalls full of treats for you all to try and buy.

  • North East Vegan Festival to take place twice a year from 2015

    Due to feedback and the success of the North East Vegan Festival (NEVFEST) in 2014, the event will run twice a year now at the Stadium of Light. NEVFEST will continue to grow and develop based on customer feedback and suggestions and has many exciting plans for both events already.  


    NEVFEST3 will be Sunday 31st May, whilst NEVFEST4 will be either Sunday 15th November or Sunday 22nd November depending on football fixtures (to follow in mid-June 2015).

  • West Midlands Vegan Festival becomes a 2-day event in 2015

    The hugely successful West Midlands Veagn Festival will become a 2-day event for the very first time in 2015.


    The festival attracted a record-breaking 3,000 visitors in one day in 2014, and buoyed by the unprecendented success, the organisers are making this an event for the whole weekend of October 24th 25th 2015 at the Wolves Civic.


    Whether you're vegan, an aspiring vegan or just vegan curious, there's only one place to be!


    The West Midlands Vegan Festival will offer all you need for healthy, cruelty-free, eco-friendly living. You don't have to be veggie or vegan to attend - everyone is welcome! Come and see why people are increasingly adopting a vegan lifestyle.

  • Great Yorkshire Vegan Festival is back in Leeds in June 2015

    Following the huge success of the first Great Yorkshire Vegan Festival in May 2014 in Leeds that attracted thousands of people from all over the UK and beyond, the festival will be returning to Leeds for the second time on 13th June 2015 in Leeds Town Hall. 


    There will be 150 fantastic stalls offering a wide variety of vegan products including cakes, chocolate, hot takeaway food, make up, clothing, pet treats and much more. 


    There will be lots of free samples and free goody bags for the first 100 visitors.


    There will also be the chance to find out more about the animal charities listed on our website and the work they do. These will range from local to international organizations that would really appreciate your support.


    The festival will have various animal welfare and vegan presentations in a separate room, live cookery demonstrations and an outdoor pursuits talk for anybody interested in taking part in challenges to raise money for the IAPWA charity whom the festival is in aid of.

  • Newcastle Vegan Festival returning to Tyneside in July 2015

    The Newcastle Vegan Festival is back on Newcastle upon Tyne on the 4th July 2015. The festival is expected to attract thousands of people from all across the UK! 


    With around 150 companies exhibiting and around 2000 registrations expected, the Newcastle Vegan Festival is set to be the region's prime vegan and animal welfare festival. There is no better way to market, promote and develop your vegan business this year. Exhibitors will be offering a wide variety of vegan produce, including cakes and chocolate, hot takeaway food, make up, clothing, pet treats and cheese.


  • Northern Vegan Festival is back in Manchester in 2015

    After a successful event in Blackpool the Northern Vegan Festival moves back to Manchester city centre on Saturday October 17th 2015 for a much bigger 4-venue version of 2013's Festival there which attracted 2500 people.


    The Festival will run from 10am until 6pm at each venue with the exception of the Thirsty Scholar where it will run from noon until 3am.


    One of the 4 venues will be using Sachas Hotel, Tib Street, Manchester, M4 1SH. There will be 94 rather than 100 stalls in the USA Suite on the ground floor, as well as talks and cookery demos in the Roosevelt and Jefferson rooms on the 1st floor, speed meeting and heterosexual or lesbian and gay speed dating in the Grant and Kennedy rooms on the ground floor and vegan musicians and free vegan food downstairs in the Spindles Bar.


    Venue 2 is the Methodist Church Central Hall, Oldham Street, Manchester, M1 1JQ which is across the road from the back of the USA Suite in Sachas. At this venue there will be 57 stalls in the various rooms on the 1st floor.


    Venue 3 is also on the same street, the V Revolution vegan cafe at 88 Oldham Street, Manchester, M4 1LF where there will be films all day. 


    Venue 4 is 15 minutes walk away, the Thirsty Scholar vegetarian/vegan pub at 50, New Wakefield Street, Manchester, M1 5NP where there will be a vegan beer and cider festival.
