After having numerous health problems whilst living in London, Elspeth decided to leave her corporate job and headed to Italy to train as a Chef. Following a stint of private chef jobs on super yachts Elspeth trained in Health and Nutrition, became vegan and combined both of her passions and created Elspeth’s Kitchen and more recently her pudding company Norty.

Delicious raw desserts that are gluten-free and refined sugar-free, ranging from Salted Date Caramel Slices to Coffee and Walnut Plant-Based Cheesecakes.
