Vegan Activism to be examined in depth at VegfestUK London 2018

31st August 2018

In a hitherto, largely non-vegan world, how can vegans make a genuine difference to the planet and inspire those around them to make changes to their lifestyles for the good of the animals, the planet, for their health and for food sustainability?

What are the best ways of communicating the vegan message to pre-vegans? How can vegans who aspire to be activists in the long run ensure that their activism is effective and avoids activist burnout?

The Vegan Activists Hub at VegfestUK London, which takes place on October 27-28 at Olympia London, will shed light on various forms of practical vegan activism as well as self-care for vegan activists and reflections on the efficacy of various types of campaigning, in addition to providing a place for like-minded vegan activists to mingle and exchange ideas with each other.

The topics to be covered are tailored to activists of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced activists looking for new ideas to reach out to potential vegans.
