Benefits of Raw Vegan Lifestyles examined at VegfestUK London 2018

14th September 2018

In recent years, raw foodism has been gaining in popularity not only through the number of businesses producing raw food products and restaurants introducing more attractive and varied raw options on their menus, making the lifestyle more accessible to the general public, but also an increasing amount of healing courses and retreats available and a rising awareness of cleansing our bodies from the inside out via raw living plant foods. A number of people have reported an improvement in their health and wellbeing as a result of either going 100% raw vegan or just consuming more raw plant foods.

What exactly is the science behind eating raw plant-based foods? What raw vegan recipes can one try out to move in that direction? Visit the Living Raw Zone at VegfestUK London on October 27-28 at Olympia London and find out more from a number of experts in the field of raw vegan lifestyles.

The Living Raw Zone features speakers from a variety of backgrounds who have created their own niche in raw vegan living, and who will share their own insights on healing via raw vegan foods. Topics range from looking at raw foodism from a Chinese medicine’s point of view, to fruitarianism, detoxing and healing, on top of raw skinfood and longevity, as well as select raw food demos. Whether you’re a complete beginner to raw veganism, experienced with all things raw, or somebody who has dipped in and out of the lifestyle, there’s something new to take home from the Living Raw Zone.
