Indulge in natural health and wellbeing in Natural Therapy Zone at VegfestUK London

Wellness enthusiasts and aficionados will enjoy this year’s brand-new Natural Therapy Zone at the UK’s flagship vegan event VegfestUK London this year, with a number of companies and speakers showcasing the benefits of natural health and wellbeing.

 

Located on Level 2 of Olympia Central on October 26-27, this area brings together a collection of wellbeing brands and influencers under one roof, with 50 Stalls, the Yogific Yoga area, the Rainbow Yoga Kids Yoga section, Lifestyle Presentations and a Free Gifts Stall. The Natural Therapy Zone is situated alongside a full schedule of talks by Plant Based Health Professionals on Health, a Holistic Health hub, the Veganic Growing area and a Marketwith further exhibits and projects.

The Natural Therapy Zone is ideal for:

  • companies with eco-friendly healing products such as massage equipment, yoga clothing and mats, feminine health care, men’s grooming products, jewellery, CBD and fragrances
  • colleges with diplomas or courses in natural health
  • teachers and practitioners of yoga, pilates, tai chi, qi gong, meditation, shiatsu, osteopathy, acupuncture and reflexology, along with masseuses, chiropractors and natural health therapists.

Yoga sessions

Immerse yourselves in the rejuvenating Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes run by teachers from community yoga events organisation Yogific, with sessions tailored to both complete beginners and seasoned yogis. Yogific has been running a number of yoga and vegan events themselves all across the UK and Europe, as well as being part of the Vegfest family since last year, and they are delighted to be back at this year’s Vegfest to share the benefits of yoga with a growing audience in the wellbeing circle – check out VegfestUK’s interview with Yogific founder Kriti Sachdeva here. Children won’t be left out either, with a series of Kids Yoga sessions hosted by yoga and wellness teacher Tarrah Rocha from Rainbow Yoga.

 

Lifestyle speakers

Be enlightened by a full programme of Lifestyle presentations and panels from a selection of influencers with their own unique stories, experiences and tips to share. Confirmed speakers include

  • Tierra Burrell – Tierra is the founder of Tierra Goes Green, a boutique lifestyle consulting firm and producer of wellness products. She is also a certified Doula.
  • Safiyya Abdulla –  Managing director of Bethink Coaching, Safiyya is a certified performance, lifestyle and career coach on a mission to inspire at least one person every day to design a happier, healthier life that they control.
  • Maria Koutsogiannis – Maria is a recipe developer, content creator, cookbook author, food stylist, photographer and most importantly an avid supporter of the plant based movement.
  • Kate Strong – Kate is a Sustainable Business Coach, ex aerospace engineer, TEDx speaker (2x), age-group World Champion in Triathlon, plant-based and entrepreneur for over a decade. She also held her World Record attempt at Vegfest 2017 becoming the first female to cycle for 24 hours on a stationary bike!
  • Vic Wood – Vic is a qualified beautician, holistic therapist and makeup artist who runs GreenerBeauty.com and wants to share her passion for clean beauty with the world.
  • Blue O’Connor – Blue is the founder of Kings, a company specialising in vegan and cruelty-free fragrance and grooming products that also gives back to men’s mental health.
  • Charles Roswess – Charles is the founder of the innovative health and natural food supplement brand ‘Ankh Rah’. Charles also runs calisthenics classes in London with some amazing results.
  • John King – John is a novelist best known for writing Football Factory, which was adapted for film in 2004 starring Danny Dyer, among others. His latest novel is Slaughterhouse Prayer, which ‘deals in human invention and our treatment of non-human animals, the manipulation of language and the nature of innocence.’

Tickets

Advance tickets for the whole Vegfest event will go on sale from August 1st here on the show website. Each ticket includes free access to the Natural Therapy Zone and all other features, and visitors can participate in the yoga classes and talks for free without having to sign up beforehand.
