Midlands Vegan Fayre Coming to Wolverhampton this Autumn

7 years on from the last vegan event at the Wulfrun & Civic back in 2018, a major vegan event is returning to Wolverhampton City Centre in the autumn. The Midlands Vegan Fayre will be taking place on Sunday 26th October 2025, from 11am to 6pm at the recently refurbished venue. Over 70 stalls featuring some of the best plant based options on the market, coupled with a full line up of talks, music and comedy will ensure a joyous occasion for the Midlands vegan community, whilst providing an attractive day out for people new to plant based lifestyles, looking to experience the vegan way of life.

‘The Wulfrun & Civic hosted back-to-back vegan events from 2008 through to 2018 before the venue closed for refurbishment. Those events were always vibrant, upbeat and full of passion and community spirit. The Midlands Vegan Fayre this coming autumn aims to build on that reputation, bringing 23 years experience of organising top level vegan events, and a whole host of great names for both speakers and performers. It’s an absolute joy and something of an honour to be creating a vegan extravaganza for the day in such an iconic venue.’

‘We already host the Bristol Vegan Fayre & the London Vegan Fayre, and now we have the Midlands Vegan Fayre – all 3 of them traditional vegan events with a strong grassroots, community and independent focus, with a history going back over several decades. It’s really important to keep live events flourishing, vibrant and successful, especially in the vegan community – they provide so many positive functions, especially for independent traders and campaign groups, inspiring and uplifting individuals and initiatives. Tickets are on sale in the autumn priced £5 + fee in advance, and £7 on the gate. Stalls starting at under £100 + vat for charities, sanctuaries, campaigns and community interest companies. ‘Keeping ticket prices and stall prices affordable is essential for the success of the event. The help we receive from sponsors is fundamental to that policy. Prices have risen since pre-covid, unfortunately costs have escalated, and the impact of the current economy on independent traders has been negative. We’re proud to be hosting a genuine independent ethical festival at reasonable prices whilst still delivering top quality inspiration and entertainment.’
