VegfestUK Returns to Brighton!

VegfestUK Brighton will be held on Saturday November 7th 2026 at The Hilton Metropole

One of Brighton’s much-loved events, and one of the biggest vegan events in the UK, VegfestUK Brighton returns to the city after an absence of 3 years to stage a brand-new event at the recently refurbished Hilton Metropole, spanning 3 halls and 2 floors to ensure an enthralling visitor experience packed full of stalls, speakers, performers, food and fashion and with that all – important feelgood factor in abundance, a trademark of the earlier vegan events in Brighton.

‘Since our first event in Brighton in 2009 we have always been lifted by the friendly, knowledgeable and committed crowd of visitors from the Brighton area and we can’t wait to return in style, with the prestigious Hilton Metropole playing host to a full-on event featuring over 100 stalls, 3 talks areas, 1 stages for performance, campaigns area, a food village and an exciting announcement to be made yet regarding the entertainment. Those who recall the Vegfest events from pre- covid days will not be disappointed, and more recent converts to the vegan way of life will be enthralled by what will be the biggest indoor vegan event of 2026 in the UK.’

Vegfest events welcome not only vegans but also people curious about plant – based lifestyles, with around 500 people out of the anticipated 2,000 attendees likely to be not yet vegan. ‘Vegfest events make for a perfect introduction to veganism and plant-based lifestyles, with a friendly collective of traders, speakers and performers all willing to share their experience and knowledge, and a lot of people not yet vegan who visit our events find themselves motivated to make significant changes to their lifestyles after coming to the event.’

‘For some that’s because the realise how easy and doable it is to be vegan these days, and for others the combined inspiration and uplifting atmosphere created by hundreds – thousands even of like-minded people is a very attractive element of the visitor experience. Whatever your current dietary status, you’ll be more than welcome at VegfestUK Brighton.’

The event is supported by a number of individuals and organisations, including Vegan Accountants UK who are more proud to sponsor VegfestUK Brighton. ”Brighton is a powerhouse for veganism, and we love backing strong, values-led communities” says Keith from Vegan Accountants. ”We now support 75 vegan organisations across the UK, building long-term relationships with vegan founders and businesses of every kind. If the owner is vegan, we’re in — because vegan business is about people, not just products.”

Stalls are now on sale for the event, and expect to see over a hundred artisan food providers, street food caterers, accessories and clothing stalls, authors, artists, information, campaigns, charities, CIC’s and sanctuaries at the show with room for up to 160 in total for the first year.
