Stalls, sponsorship & marketing options are available to book for the Midlands Vegan Fayre

The show is primarily for Independents, Charities, Sanctuaries and Community Interest Companies. There are charity rates available for charities, CIC’s and Sanctuaries

All stalls are ‘space only’ – there’s no shell schemes at this event. Tables are provided (one on a 2m x 2m, two on a 3m x 2m & three on a 3m x 3m caterers)

Power is only available to book on certain stalls – please see floorplan for availability

Booking is online once you have chosen your preferred stall options. Please scroll down on the floorplan page for current availability

There is a currently a 10% early bird discount running if you book and pay in full within 7 days of booking. This option will be available up until July 1st.

If not selecting the discount options, a deposit of £50 + vat is required within 7 days of booking to secure your stall. The balance is due by August 31st

Admission to the event is £5 + fee in advance and £7 on the door. We anticipate between 1500 and 2000 attendees throughout the day. Tickets are on sale September 1st
