BFriendly are an amazing vegan reggae duo that musician Ian Haywood created in 2020 with his wife Cathy. Ian has been an avid fan of reggae music since his teenage years and since then his amazing varied musical career has included playing classical piano concerts, working in a 12 piece soul band, The UK Bee Gees tribute band and more recently, together with Cathy, being a member of chart scoring band ‘Peace On Your Plate’. He has worked on cruises, in hotels and played many summer seasons in holiday camps amongst a plethora of other venues.

The duo’s new ‘feel good’ style of reggae, along with family-friendly anecdotal humour has been impressing festival and holiday audiences in 2022 during their ‘Peace, Love and Reggae’ tour.

With 2 albums released and a 3rd on the way, BFriendly write and sing about anything from Coffee to Bumble Bees and Yucca plants to Curry. Among their wide original repertoire you will find empowering vegan and environmental songs inspired by their love of animals, people and the planet. They also have their own ‘Jeggae’ dance and vegan hand jive!

In just their 1st year of performances they were delighted to be nominated for the VegfestUK best entertainer award.
