Chef Day Radley is founder and director of The Vegan Chef School, the first vegan culinary school in the UK. She is an international professional chef, cooking teacher and food writer. In the last decade she has worked as Head/Exec Chef in three continents and as a personal chef. Day regularly writes for UK & International Food magazines and has been featured on Sky News.
