My name is Danielle Maupertuis, I am a Vegan Pastry Chef, Belgian (I was baptised in chocolate!) and worked as Executive Pastry Chef in 5 stars hotels in the UK and abroad. I created a range of vegan desserts, with a special focus upon taste and presentation. Author of a cookbook “Vegans deserve better than a fruit salad”- coming out later this year- and tutor at the Veg.Soc. Cookery school. Also, trying to be hepful in this critical situation,I created a YouTube channel “Danielle Maupertuis Vegan Pastry” : short and funny videos with vegan pastry courses for kids.
