David is an experienced barrister with a broad common law / commercial background whose practice now focusses on Animal Law. He has advised various NGOs on broad areas of the law relating to animals, and has prosecuted RSPCA and local authority cases brought under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, both in relation to welfare and licensing offences.
