Ethical Leadership Initiative CIC (ETLIN) is an ethical leadership and social impact initiative that supports individuals, organisations and communities in leading with dignity, compassion, courage and integrity. We provide leadership development, training, mentoring, wellbeing support, creative programmes and practical tools that strengthen resilience, inclusion and sustainable change. ETLIN also develops non-punitive approaches to conflict, accountability and organisational culture through established and tailored programmes. As part of our wider work, ETLIN will conduct organisational ethical health audits and act as an independent accrediting body, developing standards and certification for ethical leadership and recognising organisations that demonstrate a meaningful commitment to responsible leadership, healthy culture and values-led practice.
