Jackie Norman

Jackie Norman is a freelance writer and the author of three books, the most recent being her cookbook, ‘Easy & Delicious: Everyday Vegan’ in March 2020, produced together with her husband, Gareth Scurr. Prior to becoming vegan, Jackie worked for 18 years on dairy and beef farms in her adoptive home of New Zealand and since becoming vegan in 2017 has used her extensive knowledge and experience to speak out about the industry, writing for organisations such as Plant Based News, Free From Harm, SAFE and global non-profit organisation Vegan FTA, where she currently works as an interviewer and researcher.
