Originally from California, USA, Linda has a B.A in Psychology from the University of
California, Santa Cruz. After moving to the UK in 2014 to pursue a MA degree, after dealing with a life-changing cancer diagnosis, she switched gears and trained up as a certified
Holistic Health practitioner. She is currently studying on a nutritional therapy diploma course and in the meantime has taken extensive coursework in oncology & nutrition.

 

Linda combines her knowledge to help to encourage, support and coach clients after cancer treatment. She utilises seven pillars in her practice with clients: nutrition, mindset, movement, hydration, detoxification, sleep and stress–all important factors when addressing cancer recovery.

 

Linda is also a plant-based educator and recipe developer who enjoys
showing you how to make nutritious and delicious plant-based sugar & gluten-free meals and desserts. Her motto in life is for you to: EAT MORE PLANTS.
