She is a certified Lifestyle Medicine physician and plant-based GP who holds a dual Masters degree in Public Health, a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists & a Professional Diploma in Fitness & Weight loss. She is a Regional Director (London) for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Her NHS practice is based in East Grinstead & Surrey.
