In the past, I was never good at taking care of my weight, I was an emotional eater, occasional binger and I really hated exercise. After going through a bad divorce and moving country, I started on an amazing journey of healing. It started when I stumbled upon two videos, one from Dr Greger on How Not To Die and the other from animal activist Gary Yourofsky entitled “The Most Important Speech You Will Ever Hear”.

These videos sparked 2 of my most important core values, the importance of health and a passion for stopping animal cruelty and helping the environment through my food choices and lifestyle.

I lost 40 pounds in a year  and  decided to study nutrition and dedicate the rest of my life to helping and educating others on the amazing benefits of a plant based lifestyle.

I am now a graduate of the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine where I studied nutritional therapy. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), member of Plant Based Health Professionals (PBHP) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
