Simon Russell

Chair of Hunt Saboteurs Association

I started a as a Hunt Saboteur in 1981, going vegan two years later. Since then I have been an animal rights activist in many arena as but always remained a hunt saboteur. I have acted on the HSA committee in many roles but have been the Chair of the organisation for the past two decades. In that time I have written the first published Tactics manual for hunt sabotage and been actively involved in pushing parliament to ban hunting with hounds. I represent the HSA in these endeavours. I still sabotage hunts on a weekly basis.

Banning Hunting with Hounds with the Hunt Saboteurs

The Hunt Saboteurs Association (HSA) has been in existence since 1963. We are the only people who had studied and opposed hunting in the field, thus we are the only ones who have the knowledge and experience to formulate what is needed to have a hunting ban which works. The Hunting Ban is about human not animal behaviour and we are the experts in what hunts do. Come and found out how we are pushing the government to create a ban which actually works.
