Dr Surabhika Lunawat

General Practitioner

Dr Surabhika Lunawat is a general practitioner and certified lifestyle medicine physician with a medical degree from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s degree in clinical neuroscience from University College London, with a distinction. She holds a diploma in lifestyle medicine from the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and is board-certified with the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She has completed courses on plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine for cancer survivorship at the University of Winchester.

In primary care, she has delivered group consultations for obesity in women, and loves supporting patients to make lasting changes. In her community, she founded and grew a Walk With A Doc group to hundreds of members, delivering educational talks on a wide range of health topics. A passionate advocate for health equity and for bringing evidence-based lifestyle medicine into everyday clinical practice, she has conducted research and spoken internationally on these subjects.

Outside her clinic, Dr Lunawat enjoys combining her love for lifting heavy in the gym with her passion for creating nourishing, whole food plant-based recipes that happen to fuel it.
