Vanessa is a Cambridge University educated Plant Based Health Coach & Award-Winning Expert Speaker featured on Sky News and is regularly on BBC Radio. She helps people get rid of fatigue and maintain a healthy weight by implementing non-restrictive, healthy eating habits and incorporating the most delicious, balanced plant based foods (no need to go fully plant based).
