Bristol Vegan Fayre takes place at Document on Saturday June 20th 2026 from 10am – 6pm.

The show is open for bookings at 8am on Tuesday January 13th 2026

Stalls are available at the event with a capacity for 100 stalls and 2,000 visitors. Most of the stalls are in the Main Hall, with 2m x 2m open 1 side, 2m x 2m corner and 3m x 2m corner stalls available, as well as limited 3m x 4m caterers stalls (Cat 1- 9). All stalls are space only (no shell schemes) and include a table (or two for corners) and chairs if required.

There’s also room for up to 5 vans/trailers/catering vehicles in the courtyard by the entrance (Cat 10 – Cat 14).

Set up is from 7am Saturday and the how is open from 10am – 6pm. The venue address is

Discounts 

Discounts are available for those who book and pay in full within 7 days during January & February 2026. Discount only apply for stall bookings and are not applied for marketing options & power .

Alternatively you can book now without a discount, pay a £50 + vat non- refundable deposit and the balance due by April 30th 2026.

Discount period – January 12th 2026 – February 28th 2026 – 10% discount option available.
